Sarah Phenix is a filmmaker and photographer based in Oakland, California. During her undergraduate studies at the University of San Francisco, she worked at Other Cinema to assist in running their 16mm archive under the mentorship of Craig Baldwin. Meanwhile, she studied alternative process photography under the mentorship of Allan Barnes and the staff of Harvey Milk Photo Center. During this time she was awarded the Bridges Fellowship with BAVC Media and was trained amongst a cohort in their emerging film production program.
She went on to work as a freelance videographer and photographer, working for local and international brands, bands and event agencies before co-founding Rainbow Tunnel.

Claire Donohue is a filmmaker from Strawberry, California. During her undergraduate studies at UC Santa Cruz she worked closely with the Center for Digital Arts and New Media on campus and was awarded the Porter Fellowship for Film and Digital Media (2019).
After college she began a fellowship at Ninth Street Independent Film Center (2020), where she learned the art of film preservation, restoration, and archiving. She's now based in the Outer Sunset and works as a full time video editor.
